Tiny Changes To Go From Being An Intermediate To An Advanced Business English Speaker
Tiny Changes To Go From Being An Intermediate To An Advanced Business English Speaker. To Go From Being An Intermediate To An Advanced Business English Speaker is the goal of most of our Business English training.
The power of tiny changes (marginal gains) is a great way to achieve this goal and improve your speaking confidence in English.
Marginal gains are tiny changes which added together over time lead to a big improvement in performance. Also known as making 1% improvements in lots of areas, which when added together make a massive difference in total performance.
The doctrine of marginal gains is all about small incremental improvements in any process adding up to a significant improvement when they are all added together. It is perhaps most easy to understand by considering the approach of Sir Dave Brailsford. When he became performance director of British Cycling, he set about breaking down the objective of winning races into its component parts.
What tiny changes have you used in your life to improve?
