   Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and notifies you that:

• Offer a better user experience through any improvements we implement on the web interface and functionality.

3. STORAGE PERIODS
   The data provided will be stored until the user requests the deletion of their data. Once the interested party notifies regarding the deletion of their data, they will be blocked and then cancelled in our files or returned to the owner of the data, along with, as applicable, any media in which the provided information is collected, the storage of copies of said information not being permitted.
4. COMMUNICATION OF THE DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
   Your data will only be utilised for the aforementioned purposes and will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of any communications to the Authorities, Bodies or Offices of Public Administrations that were consented to by the user or person authorized thereby for the appropriate fulfillment of the obligations born of the services provided, or that are provided for or authorised by Law.

   The PRFP guarantees the confidentiality of any personal data held in its files and will adopt any regulatory measures that prevent, as far as possible, their unauthorised alteration, loss, processing or access.
6. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
   The user has the right to access their personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request their deletion when the data are no longer necessary. On certain occasions, the interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only store them for the exercise or the defence of claims. The user can exercise their rights, and must address their request in writing, identifying themself sufficiently, to the email chris@englishtco.com. They also have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time and to submit whatever claim they deem appropriate to the Control Authority.
